Viggle Remake Refund Policy
Updated October 30, 2026.
If a video fails
If we can’t deliver your video (the provider rejects the request, generation errors out, or it doesn’t finish within 3 hours), the credits used for that attempt return automatically to the balance they came from. You don’t need to contact us. Stuck tasks are checked every five minutes, even after you close the page.
If a video comes out clearly broken
Every video is a new AI take, so likeness, details and motion vary from one video to the next; that normal variation does not qualify for a credit return. We return all the credits used when a finished video has a clear defect, for example:
- the replacement person in the video does not come from your photo at all
- a performer or role is missing, duplicated or cut out of the frame
- the file does not play, is silent when your selected clip has audio, or is much shorter than the selected clip
Email support@viggleremake.com within 7 days from the address you signed in with and tell us which video it is. We review every request and usually reply within 2 business days. Returned credits go back to the balance they came from.
Making another version
Making another version is a new generation and uses credits again (1 credit at 480p, 2 at 720p HD). A new photo or another try gives a different result.
Card refunds
Returned credits stay in your account; they are not refunded to your card. For a duplicate charge, email support@viggleremake.com from the address you bought with and include your Stripe receipt. To refund an unused pack, contact us within 14 days of purchase, before any of its credits are used. After a refund the matching credits are removed; partial refunds remove whole credits in proportion, rounded down.
Canceling a subscription stops future charges and does not automatically refund the current period. For a duplicate subscription charge or an unused paid billing period, contact support@viggleremake.com within 14 days; an approved refund removes that period’s credits.
Your consumer rights
Any rights you have under the consumer law of your country still apply.
