What we store
Your Google account ID, email, display name and avatar if available; hashed session tokens; your credit balance; the photos you upload (which show a person’s face); clips you upload as custom templates, with their upload timestamps; generation records and the videos generated for you. Sessions last up to 30 days. We never receive your Google password.
Photos are used only to generate the video you request. We do not publish them, sell them, or use them to build face-recognition templates.
Visit sources
We record a browser visitor ID and your first, most recent and signup visit, which may include UTM parameters, ad click IDs, landing path and referring site. Country comes from Cloudflare request data and device type from your browser. This is stored in local browser storage and linked to your account when you sign in.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the application, database and media storage. Google provides sign-in and, when enabled, Google Analytics. KIE receives your uploaded photos, your uploaded video and the replacement instructions to generate the video with ByteDance Seedance 2.0. fal receives signed links to the generated silent video and original soundtrack to merge audio. Stripe processes payments; we keep payment references and pack details, never card numbers.
Storage and deletion
Original custom template clips, their sound, posters and uploaded photos are stored privately under this product's own prefix. Photos reach the video provider through signed links that expire after two hours. A silent reference copy of a custom template is stored on our public CDN for the provider and is accessible to anyone with its unlisted public link; the URL itself has no expiry token; its origin object is removed by deletion or retention cleanup. Existing private templates are copied to the CDN when next used. Public copies may remain in CDN or browser caches after deletion. Your signed-in session is required to obtain result links. Private delivery uses temporary signed URLs; anyone holding one can access it until it expires or is revoked. Saved photos, template clips and results are scheduled for deletion 30 days after each item is created. Cleanup runs every five minutes and is deferred while your account has a running generation; storage failures are retried. Download results you wish to keep. In My videos, Delete all saved media queues deletion of your saved photos, originals, posters, results and silent reference objects from our storage. Private signed links are revoked as soon as deletion is queued. Credits and accounting records remain. Removing a template deletes its original, poster and silent reference while keeping completed results. New silent reference objects use a five-minute cache lifetime; older reference links may have been cached for up to one year. We cannot revoke copies already downloaded or guarantee provider-side deletion from this control; contact support@viggleremake.com for a provider data request. Clearing the local photo draft only removes it from this browser.

Use My videos to delete saved media. For account deletion, provider data requests, or to access or correct your data, email support@viggleremake.com from your account email. Include the task ID for questions about a specific video.
