- Choose your video. Select an MP4, MOV or WebM and choose 4–15 seconds. Trimming and previewing happen in your browser, without uploading your files.
- Add your replacement photos. Replace the main person, or two people positioned left and right. Choose a clear photo for each person. Your photos also stay in the browser.
- Generate and download. Click Generate to sign in and check credits. Only after those checks do we upload the files and submit the task. The original sound is merged into your finished MP4.
Your saved media
Saved clips, photos and results are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Download anything you want to keep. Running tasks finish before cleanup.
What stays from the original?
Your clip guides the action, timing, camera movement and scene. The model is asked to replace only the main people. Original audio is merged after generation; a silent clip stays silent. AI can change details, so exact visual reproduction is not guaranteed.
Choose footage that works well
Start with a clearly visible main performer. For two people, use footage with unambiguous left and right positions. Crowds, occlusion and rapid cuts make consistent replacement harder. This tool does not support object replacement or long-film processing.
Your local draft and uploaded footage
Video and photo drafts remain in this browser for 24 hours across sign-in and checkout. After Generate passes account and credit checks, originals are kept in private storage. A silent reference copy is served at an unlisted public URL so the provider can read it. Anyone with that link can access the silent reference. Use footage and likenesses you have permission to use.
Credits and failed generations
All credit packs support your own videos. A 480p generation uses 1 credit; 720p uses 2. Local preparation is free. Failed generations return credits automatically. Contact support within 7 days for a clearly broken finished file; normal AI variation does not qualify for a free redo.
