How credits work
A 480p video uses 1 credit and a 720p HD video uses 2. One-time credits never expire. Subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period.
Your own videos in every pack
Every pack can generate from your own clips. Prepare 4–15 seconds and add one or two photos locally. Click Generate to sign in, check credits and upload. There is no subscription requirement for custom videos. Make your own template
Failed generations
Failed generations return credits automatically. Contact support within 7 days if a finished file is clearly broken. Normal AI variation does not qualify for a free redo.
